10 Foods That Burn Fat : Top Foods

There has always been a spike in interest of foods. So, here I am going to write about 10 foods that burn fat. It seems that many people are curious about what foods a natural bodybuilder eats to maintain single digit body fat, but they also want to be taken by the hand and told exactly what foods to eat themselves while on fat-burning or muscle building programs. That’s why I decided to put together separate “top 10” lists of healthy foods that burn fat, build muscles and an ultimate need for health insurance.

Note: You cant't get these simple tips in bookstore. I DO include healthy fats as well, such as walnuts, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, flaxseeds, flaxseed oil (supplement - not to cook with), avocado and a few others.

Also, I do eat Elementary dairy products and have nothing against them, nor am I lactose intolerant. I simply don’t eat as much dairy as the rest of the stuff on my lists. When I eat dairy, its usually skim milk, low or non fat cottage cheese, low or non fat yogurt and low or non fat cheese (great for omelettes). I must say that if you want an alternate of health insurance, foods are better than ask a doctor.

The Ingredients include Instant coffee bean, Hot water, Milk (full fat tastes best),Sugar (if you want).

Method
This is so simple,just make coffee like you always do,boil the kettle, pour coffee and milk and water into a container, or a cup if you're making it for one. Add sugar if you like.Then just let it cool on the counter for a while, cooling time will vary depending on how much you make and how you store it.Once its cooled down stick it in the freezer until ice cold.Then its ready to drink. Pour yourself a glass and if you're feeling adventurous, try some squirty cream and a pinch of ground coffee on top? Or you can add greated chocolate.The possibilities are endless.

Chai Tea Mix

Ingredients can be changed as per requirement but I'm going to share a single size recipe here. It includes 1-1/4 teaspoons nonfat dry milk powder, 1-1/4 teaspoons powdered non-dairy creamer, 1-1/4 teaspoons French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer, 1 tablespoon and 1/4 teaspoon white sugar, 2 teaspoons unsweetened instant tea, 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger, 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves, 1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom.

In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder.To serve: Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Chai tea mixture into a mug of hot water. Instant Chai tea mix, You can spice it up even further by adding 1 teaspoon nutmeg and allspice, and 1/4 teaspoon white pepper.

This healthy drink is very easy to make and students can prepare it in a very short time. Ingredients include 1 part Rum, coconut, 1 part Schnapps, peach,1 part Tuaca,1 part Pineapple Juice.Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and then Strain into glass.

Sour Cranberry Cocktail.

It needs 1 bottle of cactus jacks apple sour shnapps, (any sour shnapps will do, i like cactus jacks because its cheap), 1 ltr carton of cranberry, 1 lemon,Lots of ice or a nice cold fridge.

Method
Slice the lemon thinly into round peices.Then get a pitcher (large jug) and mix the bottle of cactus jacks with the cranberry juice in the pitcher.Then add ice cubes,and the slices of lemon.If you find it too potent, add more cranberry juice.

Best Lemonade Ever

Recipe for two people includes ingredients as, 2 tablespoons and 2-1/2 teaspoons white sugar,3/4 cup and 2 teaspoons water,2 tablespoons and 1-1/4 teaspoons lemon juice.

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate until chilled.Remove seeds from lemon juice, but leave pulp. In pitcher, stir together chilled syrup, lemon juice and remaining 7 cups water.
